Chicken Leg Kebab

Kebab from chicken legs turned out to be juicy and tender.

Ingredients

  • Chicken legs – 9 pcs.
  • Ground sweet paprika – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 2 teaspoon
  • Zira – 2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil – 100 g

Directions

  1. Cooking chicken marinade: put 2 teaspoon in a bowl. sweet paprika, 2 teaspoon. salt, 2 tablespoon. cumin, 1 teaspoon. ground black pepper, 2 chopped garlic cloves and 100 g of vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly.
  2. We cut the meat. First, remove the skin and excess fat.
  3. Separate the pulp from the bones.
  4. Cut the meat into pieces weighing approximately 20 g each and put in the marinade.
  5. We spread the meat in the marinade. Mix well and leave in a sealed container in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  6. We string the marinated meat on skewers in 4-5 pieces.
  7. Fry chicken skewers over charcoal over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  8. Chicken legs shashlik is ready!
