  • 300 g chicken (chicken kebab), frozen
  • 1 can mushrooms, st choice
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon stock, granulated
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper

  1. Cut the onion into rings and halve the mushrooms.
  2. Let the oil get hot in a pan. Fry the onions and meat vigorously and finally add the mushrooms.
  3. In the meantime, mix the milk and cream with the broth.
  4. Put the meat mixture in an ungreased casserole dish, pour the cream and stock sauce over the meat and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Rice, flatbread or baguette tastes good with it.
  6. If you want, you can also add peppers from the jar or corn.
