  • 1 tablespoon paprika pulp
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary

  1. Peel the aubergines, cut into slices and soak in salt / lemon juice for about 10 minutes. I put about 1 tablespoon of salt and the juice of half a lemon in 1 liter of water.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
