Chicken Kebab in a Pan

When there is no opportunity to fry a kebab on the grill, but I want a kebab … I get by with a frying pan. Delicious and fast.

Cook: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 1 kg
  • Kefir (any) – 1.5-2 cups
  • Small onions – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Wash fillets of breast or fillets of thighs and cut into pieces, about 3×3 cm in size, put in a container, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings and add to the meat. Pour all this with kefir, level the marinade with salt, cover and send it to the refrigerator to wait in the wings …
  3. I heat a frying pan, pour in some vegetable oil and fry the chicken in portions from all sides, bringing it to a golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with herbs. The dish is ready!
