Chicken Kebab

For example, here is such a chicken fillet – marinated and fried with vegetables on wooden skewers in a grill pan. And cheese sauce for the poultry.


  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Sweet red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Sweet yellow pepper – 1 pc.
  • Small onion – 2 pcs.
  • Feta cheese – 55 g
  • Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Curry paste – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce – 1-2 tbsp
  • Skim milk – 150-200 ml
  • Lemon juice – 100-150 ml
  • Chopped parsley – 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine lemon juice and soy sauce.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Mix.
  4. Put meat in the marinade. Leave on for 30 minutes.
  5. Slice the cheese.
  6. Heat the milk.
  7. Put cheese in hot milk and, stirring, dissolve it.
  8. Add curry. Mix.
  9. Add parsley and stir again.
  10. Wash peppers, remove seeds. Cut into large pieces.
  11. On skewers, string together: pepper, fillet, onion.
  12. Heat the sesame oil in a grill pan. Layout the skewer. Fry.
  13. Turn over and fry the appetizer on the skewers on the other side.
  14. When serving, pour over the prepared sauce on skewers.
