Chicken Kebab in Mayonnaise (in the Oven)

Delicious and tender chicken breast kebab marinated with mayonnaise, onion and spices.

Cook: 3 hours

Servings: 3


  • Chicken breast (fillet) – 850 g
  • Mayonnaise – 100 g
  • Onions – 300 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Spices (for example, hops-surely) – to taste
  • Water (plain or mineral) – 60 ml


  1. If using wooden skewers in the oven, soak them in cold water while the skewers are marinating.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into pieces – 4 pcs. per serving.
  3. Cut the onion into rings.
  4. Place the sliced ​​chicken fillet in a bowl, add Provencal Sdobri mayonnaise and water.
  5. Add onion rings, salt, pepper and spices to taste (I used suneli hops).
  6. Toss the chicken gently with mayonnaise, onion and spices.
    Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
  7. Put the marinated chicken fillet with onions on skewers and place in a baking sheet covered with foil.
  8. Bake chicken skewers in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 40 minutes. In the process of cooking, the kebabs need to be turned over – just once.
