  1. Meat is best prepared in chunks. I tried entrecote – not so tasty.
    Beat off pieces of meat. I cover with cling film. I hit hard. Then I remove the film, pepper it, salt it and beat it lightly again.
  2. Then I put the meat in a bowl, add spices for the kebab. I cut one onion into small pieces and forcefully press in a bowl of meat. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  3. An hour before cooking, pickle onions separately from the meat.
    I cut the onion in half rings. I pour it into a bowl. I fill it with boiling water. I pour in 3-4 tbsp vinegar, add 2 tbsp sugar, salt. You can also add lemon juice.
    So, let’s get down to the main preparation.
    Preheat the oven. I bake at maximum temperature.
    I put the baking paper on a baking sheet. I cut off the sleeve to a length slightly longer than the baking sheet itself. I tie it on one side.
    Put the bow into the sleeve. We carefully distribute it along the bottom of the sleeve.
  4. Put the meat on top of the onion. Do not mix with pickled onions. Tie the other end of the sleeve. And we make several punctures on top of the sleeve.
    We put in the oven and bake the kebab in the oven for about 1-1.5 hours. Depends on the oven. The meat should be lightly toasted.
  5. We take it out and put it on a dish. The onions are also very tasty!
