Champignon Kebab in the Oven, on Skewers

I propose to cook mushrooms baked in the form of kebabs in the oven. Mushroom kebab is very easy to prepare. It can be safely served as a hot snack for any occasion. And cold mushrooms will be no less delicious cold appetizer. Baked mushrooms strung on wooden skewers look very attractive.

Ingredients

  • Medium champignons – 500 g
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Ground ginger – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Hops-suneli (or seasoning for mushrooms) – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 2/3 teaspoon (taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, soy sauce, ground ginger, ground paprika, hops-suneli, and salt in a deep bowl; mix until smooth.
  2. Add mushrooms to marinade and mix well to coat all pieces.
  3. While mushrooms marinate, soak wooden skewers in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  4. Thread marinated mushrooms onto the soaked skewers and arrange on a baking dish.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C (392 °F) for 20 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
