  • Beef – 1 kg
  • Mayonnaise – 300 g
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Black peppercorns – 1 teaspoon
  • or Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5-1 teaspoon

  1. Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater.

  2. Peel the garlic. Grate the peeled garlic on a fine grater.
  3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  4. Mash black pepper with the flat side of a knife.
  5. Mix lemon pulp, zest, juice and grated garlic with mayonnaise add spices and mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  7. Salt.

  9. Stir. Close the lid tightly and leave the beef kebab with lemon and mayonnaise in a cool place for 10 hours.
  10. String the kebab onto the skewers.
