Ingredients

  • 150 g yourt, Greek or Turkish
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it
  • 2 teaspoons dill tips, dried
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, parsley and olive oil in a bowl. Add the lemon juice. Press the garlic and add it to the bowl. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Let it steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Perfect for kebab, sandwiches or for fondue.
