Ingredients

  • 20 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 60 ml rapeseed oil, or sunflower oil
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) turmeric
  • 65 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • 30 g tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon thick juice (agave)
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, frozen 6-herb mixture
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the oil, soy milk and lemon juice in a tall, narrow container. Pull through with a hand blender from bottom to top until the mixture has turned into a stiff mayonnaise.
  2. Then mix in the remaining ingredients and season with the spices.
  3. The delicious kebab sauce is ready.
