Instructions
Put the oil, soy milk and lemon juice in a tall, narrow container. Pull through with a hand blender from bottom to top until the mixture has turned into a stiff mayonnaise.
Then mix in the remaining ingredients and season with the spices.
The delicious kebab sauce is ready.
