Instructions
Put the yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, parsley and olive oil in a bowl. Add the lemon juice. Press the garlic and add it to the bowl. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Let it steep for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Perfect for kebab, sandwiches or for fondue.
