Ingredients
- 5 large tomato (s)
- 1 clove (s) garlic can also be omitted
- 500 g meat (kebab meat), seasoned
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 piece (s) feta cheese
- 400 g tzatziki
- 200 g salad (cabbae)
- 200 g red cabbae
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- Chilli powder

- Fry the kebab meat and let it cool down.
- Core the tomatoes, peel the cucumber as desired, cut in half lengthways and remove the watery seeds with a spoon. Cut both into cubes, chop the garlic cloves. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Finely slice the red cabbage. Mix everything in a salad bowl with the doner kebab, coleslaw and tzatziki and season with pepper, salt, oregano and optionally a little chili.
