Ingredients

  • 1 pack meat (beef kebab), frozen
  • 1 half a cucumber (s), grated
  • 1 pack chips, (potato sticks)
  • 2 medium tomato (s), diced
  • 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • some chives
  • salt and pepper
  • some fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the kebab meat into strips, fry and let cool.
  2. Layer in a bowl as follows:
  3. Spread the meat as the first layer. Put the grated cucumber on top. Then 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise are spread on it. Next come the potato sticks, again 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and then the diced tomatoes. Finally, spread the finely chopped herbs on top and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Super tasty, for barbecues etc.
