Ingredients

  • Pork (neck) - 900 g
  • Potatoes - 800 g
  • Onions - 300 g
  • Garlic - 10 g
  • Hot red papper - 1 pc.
  • Cilantro - 30 g
  • Pomegranate (grain) - 50 g
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Ghee butter - 50 g
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon.l.

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into large pieces, about 4 cm by 4 cm.
  2. Heat the pan well. Then, pour in vegetable oil, and fry the pieces of meat over high heat until golden brown. Then reduce heat to medium and fry the meat for 15 minutes, almost until tender.

  3. Cut the potatoes into large pieces. Melt the butter in a separate skillet. Send potatoes there and fry over medium heat until almost cooked about 15-20 minutes.
