  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Dice peppers and onions, cut potatoes. Fry the onion cubes in lard, then add the potatoes. Add the sprig of thyme. Only turn the potatoes when they are browned - so do not stir constantly.
  2. Finally add the peppers and cook briefly. Remove the thyme, season with salt and pepper.
