Ingredients

  • 200 g rice
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 leek
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • N / A soy sauce
  • oil
  • Worcester Sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the rice in 400 ml water, season with salt and cook until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the leek and cut into rings. Whisk eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper. Put the minced meat in a bowl, drizzle with the soy sauce and mix.
  3. Heat some oil in a wok or large pan. Add the minced meat and stir-fry well. Season with salt and pepper. Take out of the pan.
  4. Add a little oil to the roast and fry the leek until crisp while turning. Add to the minced meat. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the pan and let it set while stirring. Also add to the minced meat.
  5. Put some more oil in the pan, add the rice and stir-fry. When it is well hot, add the ingredients that you have set aside and fry again briefly. Season to taste with salt, soy sauce, Worcester sauce and pepper.
