  • 1 kg flour
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water, lukewarm
  • oil
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • Salt, pepper and vegeta

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour with 1 teaspoon of salt and the water to form a strudel dough until it no longer sticks to your hands. Divide the dough into two portions, press flat, brush with plenty of oil and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. For the filling, fry the diced onions in hot oil, add the minced meat, and fry until brown and crumbly, then season with salt, pepper, and Vegeta.
  3. Pull the dough apart with your fingers on a cloth tablecloth, spread half of the filling on top, and drizzle some oil over it. Using the tablecloth, roll it into a roll and then into a snail. Sprinkle with oil.
  4. Place the snails side by side on the baking sheet and bake at 225 ° C for about 1 hour.
  5. Sufficient natural yoghurt.
