Grilled Beef Kebab

Grilled kebab turns out to be very tasty and aromatic. If desired, pour over with liquid smoke.

Ingredients

  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Rosemary (leaves) – 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Beef (neck) – 750 g (about 3 steaks)
  • Sour cream – 1/2 cup
  • Horseradish – 1 tbsp
  • Skewers – 8 pcs.

Directions

  1. Reheat the broiler with a wire rack 10 cm away from the heat source. Cover the heat-resistant form with foil.
  2. Chop garlic and rosemary, salt. Using a knife blade, knead this mixture, convert it into a paste.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, add oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Cut the meat into 3 cm pieces. Transfer to the garlic mixture, mix well.
  5. String 3 pieces of meat on each skewer. Put skewers with meat on a baking sheet. Bake for 4-6 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix sour cream and horseradish, salt and pepper. Serve the meat with the sauce.
