  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 packet processed cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some olive oil

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with finely diced onion in a little olive oil. After cleaning, cut the peppers into fine strips and sweat with the minced meat. Then stir in the crème fraiche.
  2. Cut the flatbread horizontally and coat both sides with processed cheese.
  3. Place the lower half on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and distribute the filling on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 5 minutes.
  5. Then put the lid of the flatbread on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
