Ingredients

  • 2 squid tube (s), approx. 00 g each
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 30 g tomato (s), dried
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • some olive oil

For the side dish:

  • 300 g zucchini
  • 5 g olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the tubes well and set aside. Drain the chickpeas and puree them with the egg, sun-dried tomatoes and spices. Fill the tubes with the mixture and place in a baking dish. Lightly drizzle the tubes with olive oil and sprinkle with the spices again. Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven for approx.
  2. For the side dish, grate the zucchini into fine slices. Put the slices with the olive oil and the spices in a sealable tin and shake well. Then spread the zucchini on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put the grated zucchini in the oven at the same temperature about 10 minutes after the squid tubes. The thinner cut, the crispier they will be. However, you have to be careful that they don`t burn.
  3. Potatoes, pasta, rice, salad or other vegetables go well with the oriental-filled squid tubes.
