Eggplant with Minced Meat and Tomatoes Baked in the Oven

Instructions

1. Cut the tomatoes and eggplants into slices. Salt the eggplants and leave for a while to leave the bitterness.

   

2. Spread the minced chicken on the eggplant slices.

   

3. Place the tomato slices on top and put the eggplant appetizer on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake eggplants with tomatoes and minced meat in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Baked eggplants with tomatoes and minced meat are ready.
