Ingredients

  • 4 sachets rice
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel and dice the onions. Put the oil in a pan and fry the onions, then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. When the minced meat is done, add tomato paste, possibly a little water and chopped garlic. Pour in the tomatoes, bring to the boil and season everything with salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper. Finally add the rice and let it simmer for a very short time.
