Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g pasta, (as desired)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 zucchini
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • some parmesan
  • Spice (s), (salt, pepper, paprika, etc.)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with onions and garlic until crispy and season well, in the meantime cook the pasta until al dente and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and cook them in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (without adding water) so that they are not too hard. Now mix the creme fraiche with the sweet cream, the parmesan and the spices. Now, put the pasta, the seared minced meat and the vegetables in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and put in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
