Ingredients
- 500 ml meat broth
- 0.75 ¾ Jar mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar essence
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 500 g pasta, colored (tricolore)
- 7 small cucumber (s), (pickles)
- 200 g cheese (e.. Emmentaler)
- 200 g ham or salami
- 2 bell pepper (s), (red and green)
- 1 leek

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and allow to cool.
- Chop the pickles, cheese, ham (salami), peppers and leek into small pieces.
- Make a sauce from the broth, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar and season with salt, pepper, curry and garlic.
- Put the dressing in a large bowl, add everything that has been cut into small pieces and mix in the cold noodles. Let the whole thing go through for about 1-2 hours, longer or shorter if you like.
