Instructions

  1. Clean and peel the vegetables. Then cover all the ingredients in a large saucepan with water and simmer for at least 2 hours.
  2. At the end of the cooking time, the vegetables can be strained or removed.
  3. For the vegetarian variant, simply do without the soup meat.
