Ingredients

  • 300 g meat dumplins, frozen
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 250 g pasta, (colored spiral pasta)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 1 small cucumber (s)
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 150 g yourt (whole milk)
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Meatballs undefrosted in 2 tablespoon. Fry hot oil over medium heat, turn several times. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and the remaining oil.
  2. Wash and dice the peppers. Quarter the cucumber lengthways and cut into pieces.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt, season with salt and pepper, mix with the prepared ingredients, leave to stand for at least 30 minutes.
  4. The pasta salad prepared without the meatballs is also a delicious accompaniment to grilled food.
