Ingredients
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 bell pepper (s), diced red
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, diced
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 1 small fennel, diced
- 5 clove (s) garlic, chopped
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 100 ml milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- salt and pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoon stock, grained
- Oil for frying

- Fry the mushrooms, fennel, diced bell pepper, minced meat, onions and garlic one after the other, preferably separately from each other. Then put everything back in a saucepan, add the spices and fry again lightly. Now add the granulated stock, milk and sour cream and bring to the boil briefly. Season again and you`re done.
- I like it best with pasta, but I can also imagine it with rice or simply baguette.
