Ingredients

  • 400 g round beef
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 0.5 can ½ corn
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cube vegetable stock
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • turmeric
  • paprika powder
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Season and fry the minced meat until brown and crumbly. Remove the minced meat from the pan and set aside.
  2. Boil the broccoli in a little water until al dente. Peel and dice the onions, clean the leek and cut into rings.
  3. Put the onions, garlic and leek in the pan, sauté and deglaze with the dissolved vegetable stock. Dice the peppers, tomatoes and zucchini and add. Let the vegetables simmer until they are firm to the bite. Alternatively, the tomatoes can also be strained in the mixer and added. Add the cooked broccoli, corn and minced meat.
  4. Add cream to the cup according to taste. Season the vegetables vigorously with salt, pepper, turmeric and any other spices and season to taste.
  5. Rice tastes very good with it.
