  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 400 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 leek
  • 1 cup cream cheese, (wild garlic cream cheese)
  • 1 cup cream for boiling
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables and mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces. Then fry briefly in a little oil, it should be done but still firm to the bite. Add the wild garlic cream cheese and cream, stir well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. It goes well with pasta, gnocchi or potato noodles.
