Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 onions)
  • 700 g minced meat
  • 175 g cream cheese, (yohurt)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • 200 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Cut the red and yellow peppers into strips and the leeks into rings. Cut the onions into wedges.
  2. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and remove from the pan.
  3. Fry the vegetables and onions in the pan for about 5 minutes, deglaze with the vegetable stock and stir in the cream cheese. Put the minced meat back into the pan and cook everything over a low heat for about 7 minutes.
  4. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over the dish.
  5. Rice goes well with it, but this dish tastes excellent even without rice.
