Fry the mushrooms, fennel, diced bell pepper, minced meat, onions and garlic one after the other, preferably separately from each other. Then put everything back in a saucepan, add the spices and fry again lightly. Now add the granulated stock, milk and sour cream and bring to the boil briefly. Season again and you`re done.
I like it best with pasta, but I can also imagine it with rice or simply baguette.
