Ingredients

  • 125 g rice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry
  • 125 ml meat stock (instant)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. Put rice in boiling water and cook until grainy. Drain on a sieve. Heat the oil and fry the onion until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry briefly. Peel and slice the bananas. Add the tomato paste, stock and rice to the meat mixture. Mix everything well and season well with the spices.
