Ingredients
- 250 g pasta (mie)
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemongrass, powder
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon curry paste, red
- 2 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 teaspoon oil (peanut)

- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and keep warm.
- Core the paprika and zucchini and cut into fine strips and roughly dice the onion.
- Mix the soy sauce, curry, curry paste, lemongrass powder and mango chutney to a creamy paste.
- Heat the peanut oil in the wok and fry the minced meat in it. Press the garlic clove to the meat, add the vegetables and fry everything over high heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the sauce and mix well.
- Also put the cooked noodles in the wok and let it steep for about 2 minutes over a low heat.
- The dish can also be prepared excellently with ground turkey or chicken breast fillets cut into strips.
