Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 head white cabbage, approx. .2 kg
  • 1 ½ zucchini
  • 300 ml broth
  • 100 ml cooking cream, e.g., Cremefine 7% fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Sear the minced meat in a pan with the oil. Salt and pepper the meat and add the paprika powder. Peel the onions, cut into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Continue frying the meat until the onions are translucent.
  2. Cut the white cabbage into strips, wash and add to the pan. Stir and fry the cabbage for about 3 minutes. Then deglaze the contents of the pot with the broth and the cooking cream and let the dish simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on. Wash the zucchini, cut into cubes and also add to the pan. Let the minced meat and cabbage pan simmer for another 10 minutes.
