Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g pasta, no spahetti
  • 1 glass pickled cucumber (s) (sticks), including cucumber liquid
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 pack gravy
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the diced onions and the minced meat in a large pan or saucepan. Season with pepper. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Finely dice the cucumber sticks.
  2. When the minced meat is done, mix in the cucumber cubes and pour all of the cucumber liquid through a sieve to remove the spices. It is really important to use cucumber sticks and not whole sour cucumbers, because the cucumber liquid in cucumber sticks is much milder.
  3. Simmer for a few minutes and then add the sauce powder to the pan, stir well.
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the minced cucumber mixture, stir well, season to taste and serve.
  5. It goes very quickly and my entire circle of friends is really hot for this food. Not just for pickle lovers!
