Ingredients

  • 400 g cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 400 g potato (s), peeled, cut into cubes approx 2 cm
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 g butter
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 pinch chilli flakes
  • some curry
  • some cinnamon
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and finely chop.
  2. Melt and heat the butter in a casserole or deep frying pan, sweat the onion and chilli flakes in it. Then add the minced meat and fry while stirring constantly. When it has reached the desired tan, add the potato cubes. Next, pour in the broth, reduce the heat, cover the saucepan and let everything simmer covered for about 25 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, add the cauliflower florets. At the end of the cooking time, stir in the creme fraiche and season well with the spices. Finally let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with white bread if you like and sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.
