Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ head cauliflower
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 cup rice, (big cup!)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- salt and pepper
- Cheese, for sprinkling
- Paprika powder

- Cook the rice in water according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with sour cream and cottage cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water. You should still have a good bite. Drain and roughly mash with a fork or cut into small pieces with a knife.
- Fry the minced meat in oil until it takes on a light color. Add diced onions and sauté briefly. Add tomato paste and garlic and sauté briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add the chopped cauliflower to the minced meat mixture and mix everything together.
- Put the prepared rice in a greased baking dish. Put the minced meat and cauliflower mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste.
- Bake at 200 ° C (preheated) for approx. 15-20 minutes.
- If you like, you can also add Hungarian pepper paste (the one preserved with salt in a glass, where you can also see the grains).
