Ingredients

• 500 g flour (spelled flour)
• 1 packet yeast (dry yeast, dry yeast)
• 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
• 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
• 4 tablespoon flaxseed
• 4 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 2 teaspoons spice mix (bread spice)
• 0.5 liter ½ water, lukewarm
• 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1. Put everything in a saucepan and mix well.
2. Take a box or terrine dish, line it with baking paper and fill in the dough, it doesn`t have to rest!
3. Preheat the tube to 250 degrees, put the bread in the oven, switch back to 200 degrees and bake for 80 minutes.
4. Don`t forget to put a pot of water in the pipe so that the bread is nice and juicy and doesn`t dry out!
