Ingredients
- 500 g flour (spelled flour)
- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast, dry yeast)
- 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoon flaxseed
- 4 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons spice mix (bread spice)
- 0.5 liter ½ water, lukewarm
- 2 tablespoon honey

- Put everything in a saucepan and mix well.
- Take a box or terrine dish, line it with baking paper and fill in the dough, it doesn`t have to rest!
- Preheat the tube to 250 degrees, put the bread in the oven, switch back to 200 degrees and bake for 80 minutes.
- Don`t forget to put a pot of water in the pipe so that the bread is nice and juicy and doesn`t dry out!
