- 400 g spelled whole wheat flour
- 220 g flour (wheat flour type 405)
- 2 points yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt, heaped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ spice mix for bread
- 400 ml water, warm
