- 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 400 ml natural yogurt
- 500 g flour (spelled flour type 630)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoon onion (s), crispy roasted
- 3 tablespoon herbs, mixed (dry or frozen)

- The yeast is mixed with sugar and yoghurt (room temperature). Let rest briefly. In the meantime, mix the spelled flour, salt, fried onions and herbs. Then knead everything together well. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Knead the dough well again and pour it into a loaf pan. Let rise again for 10 minutes.
