Ingredients

  • 225 g wheat - whole wheat flour
  • 225 g rye wholemeal flour
  • 1 point yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 100 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • 400 ml kefir (or buttermilk)

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients, add the lukewarm liquid and let the dough rise for half an hour. Then put in a greased loaf pan and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 225 ° C and 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
