  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)

  • 100 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the flour and baking powder. With the eggs, quark and salt, first knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with floured hands to form a smooth dough. Knead in the sunflower seeds well.
  2. Grease the loaf tin (30 cm) and add the dough. Incise the surface several times lengthways.
  3. Bake the bread in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C) for about 1 ¼ hours. Let the bread cool in the pan.
  4. Tip: The sunflower seeds can also be replaced with hazelnuts, ham / onion cubes or other items. But you can also leave them out without replacement.
