Ingredients
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 shallot (s), finely diced
- some radishes
- Herbs, mixed, whatever is growing
- 1 lemon (s), zest it, organic
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 400 g potato (s), new, small ones
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds

- Wash the potatoes and cook with the caraway seeds for approx. 25 minutes until soft.
- Wash and clean the radishes and cut into fine slices. Wash, clean and finely chop or chop the herbs.
- Beat the quark, sour cream and a little salt with the hand mixer for a few minutes until very creamy. Fold in the garlic, diced shallots, herbs and lemon zest and season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Finally fold in the radish slices.
- Serve with the soft-boiled and peeled potatoes.
