Ingredients
- 500 g quark, fat level your choice
- liter ⅛ milk
- 0.25 liter ¼ oil (linseed oil)
- 1 kg potato (s), waxy
- 2 medium onion (s), grated
- salt and pepper

- Drain the low-fat quark in a sieve, simply use richer quark as it is. Mix well with the onions and milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Boil jacket potatoes (with skin), peel them as hot as possible and serve with quark and linseed oil.
