- 2 cups quark, 50 g each
- milk
- 100 ml linseed oil
- 1 small onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch chives or onion leek
- 4 port. Potato
- liver sausage, coarse (1 - 2 slices per person)

- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and bring to a boil in a large saucepan covered with water. Then simmer over medium heat for about 25 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
- Peel and dice the onion. Wash and chop the chives or onions. Put some of it aside to decorate.
- Mix the quark with milk, linseed oil, onions and chives / onion leek, season with salt and pepper.
- Rinse the boiled potatoes and peel them with a kitchen knife. Arrange the potatoes with the quark on a plate. Pour some linseed oil and chopped leek over it. Add 1 to 2 slices of liver sausage about 1 cm thick.
