- 1 large onion (s)
- liver sausage
- Pickled cucumber or other pickled vegetables
- oil
- salt
- pepper

- I like to make this recipe when I have leftover potatoes from the day before. However, if you want to prepare it that way, you can of course cook the potatoes fresh.
- Heat a little oil in the pan. Peel and chop onions, fry in a pan until translucent. Add the liver sausage, chop up a little in the pan and fry. Then there are the boiled potatoes, which are heated in the pan with the liver sausage. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- The whole thing is served with pickles or other sour vegetables.
