Ingredients

  • 200 g liver sausae, canned or intestinal
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Heat the liver sausage in a pan and fry lightly. You don`t have to add any fat because the sausage gives off a lot of fat. After browning, place the sausage on a plate and fry the diced onions in the liver sausage fat until golden brown. Then add the sausage again and mix everything together. You don`t have to season this mixture because the sausage is seasoned!
  2. Mix the eggs and season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg. Add to the sausage and onion mixture and continue frying until the egg is lightly conched!
  3. Fresh black bread and a good cup of coffee go well with this!
