Ingredients
- 200 g liver sausae, canned or intestinal
- 5 egg (s)
- 2 large onions, diced
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Heat the liver sausage in a pan and fry lightly. You don`t have to add any fat because the sausage gives off a lot of fat. After browning, place the sausage on a plate and fry the diced onions in the liver sausage fat until golden brown. Then add the sausage again and mix everything together. You don`t have to season this mixture because the sausage is seasoned!
- Mix the eggs and season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg. Add to the sausage and onion mixture and continue frying until the egg is lightly conched!
- Fresh black bread and a good cup of coffee go well with this!
